This is exactly every women feels about shopping and it brings happiness. It is said that women dedicate 90 trips a year to improve their appearances shopping for clothes-30 times, shoes-15 times, accessories- 18 times, toiletries- 27 times

But don’t you think these numbers are too low? We, women know the exact number of shopping we do every year. Neither scientists nor any researchers would give the exact count of any women shopping. This is well-known fact.

Do you know women shopping habits are related to menstrual cycle as well? Yes it's true. According to study, psychologists believe that women suffering from negative emotions due to hormonal changes can  be reduced from shopping. Shopping lifts up our spirits and it makes us feel better mentally and physically. So if you feel stressed and depressed, then  shopping is the answer to cheer you up and physically you burn many calories too.

Yes its true. "shop till you drop" is the perfect line if u know what to shop and where to shop. Just go out and get fit as it gives you quick fix of your body by burning plenty of calories. You can also go for window shopping as it has more walking to do. Researchers calculated that average of 495 calories are burnt for around 3 hours of shopping.

MEN, WOMEN- THEIR BEHAVIORS

Another interesting fact is that men and women have different behaviors in case of shopping. You will hardly find women who hates shopping but on other hand you will hardly find men who says they love shopping. For men, its like a goal that has to be achieved as they try to finish shopping and try to leave immediately. They don’t have any issues on colors, trends or bargaining whereas women fell like they are going to a get together and they prefer going with women friends rather than spouses. Women care about colors to quality to price and also love bargaining.

Still some people are trying to find out the relation between shopping and women. They would never find it because it's a never ending story.
