EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS

Use a Calendar: When you know about your goals and objectives, write it down. You can maintain a calendar in a paper or in a cell phone or white boards. Every student should get used to writing their schedules when to study, when to sleep and when to talk on the phone. Do not procrastinate your activities

Organize and plan your study: Start your day as early as possible. Make sure your study room is ventilated and more spacious. Arrange your books properly and first understand which subject is important to study and plan appropriately. Make sure you read important topics first and not easy topics. Make sure you tick the topics you have covered. Know your syllabus and plan your study in advance  for a day, week and month so that you won't feel stressed throughout the day. You should assign some time for revision too.

Avoid eating while studying:  Do not eat high calorie foods during studies as they tend to sleepiness.
You can prefer fruits and juices  instead.

Include some time for relaxation: No one can study continuously at a stretch. So schedule your  time for studies, recreation, sports and  spending with family. Leaving free time for yourself gives you flexibility. Just choose the right time for studies and other activities.

Dare to say “NO”:  Just follow your instincts. Do you really want to go out today? Try to say no to your friends asking you out. Try to differentiate your study and party days. Saying “NO” is difficult but it is very important for effective time management.

Catch some sleep: We need a break at some point. A good sleep helps you remember what you read and relaxes your mind and body.
